Who are Community Connectors?

Community Connectors guide people to the support they need. You don’t need to work for Combined Arms or be an expert on available resources.

What do they do?

When you meet someone who needs assistance, you can submit a referral for them to Combined Arms, where they will be matched with trusted programs and services.

Resources include:

• Employment and education
• VA benefits navigation
• Housing and financial assistance
• Food and basic needs
• Mental health and wellness
• And more

Being a Community Connector is simple: Listen, care and make a referral.
