Below are the event details and directions to participate:

  • Time and Date: SATURDAY JULY 27TH From 10:00AM to 2:00PM

  • Location: VA MEDICAL CENTER CAMPUS

  • Directions: 6900 Almeda Rd. Houston, TX 77030 (Do Not Enter from Holcombe Blvd.)

Reminders

  1. Entering the Area: When you arrive at the Alameda entrance, please follow the **red arrows** to the **Vehicle Waiting Area**. This is where we will verify your registration and where you will wait until it's your turn to receive food. DO NOT USE the Old Spanish Trail entrance.
  2. Receiving Food: When it's time to get your food, you will either follow the **blue path** or the **green path**.  Our team will guide you to make sure you know which way to go.
  3. Exiting: After you receive your food, you will exit the area. Please be cautious of other drivers and volunteers, and do not linger. This will help keep the line moving smoothly and safely.

Important Reminders

  • **No Walk-Ups**: This event is for vehicles only. Please do not walk up to the distribution area, as walk-ups are not allowed.
  • **Don't Arrive Too Early**: We need time to set up everything properly. Please do not come too early. Arriving at the scheduled time helps us serve everyone efficiently.
  • **Weather Notice**: There is a chance of rain, so please be prepared for wet conditions. We will do our best to serve everyone as quickly and safely as possible.
