When creating a profile, every client completes an assessment, which incorporates the World Health Organization’s Five Well-Being Index (WHO-5) to measure wellbeing. All post-connection outcome surveys incorporate the WHO-5, enabling measurement of changes in wellbeing over time. A 2022 Combined Arms' case study demonstrates that the Combined Arms Model increases the WHO-5 Scores of clients who have utilized the CAX system to access resources two (2) or more times by 8%.
